Randi has been an acquaintance and friend since I was in elementary school. Growing up, she was close friends with my older sister. When she got engaged, she messaged me immediately and asked me if I would come back home to the Seattle area to photograph her wedding. She said she had been following my photography for years. It was such a compliment!
For Randi and Ryan, their wedding was more about becoming a family than it was about the two of them getting married. The groom has three young boys, so Randi would instantly be a mom and she was thrilled about it.
Their wedding had a very rustic vibe, and took place in a beautiful barn with exposed beams on a farm in Washington state. The colors were soft teal and pink, making a very pretty compliment to the natural wood and greens on the farm.
The bride, Randi, handmade a lot of the details and decor. She has some exceptional DIY skills!
The couple also rented an adorable mint green trailer that had been renovated to be a photo booth, which was a really fun activity for them and their guests.
I was so happy and honored to be a part of Ryan and Randi’s special day as they started their new family together!
